I develop, represent, and contribute to the growth of the self storage sector in Italy and Europe. I founded FEDESSA, AISI, 3SA and serve as President of Casaforte Self Storage.
My vision
My work originates from entrepreneurship and has evolved over time into a broader commitment: contributing to the growth and structuring of the self storage sector, transforming it from a little-known niche into a recognized and professional service. I believe in self storage as a modern infrastructure, capable of responding to changes in society, work, and cities. For this reason, in addition to entrepreneurial activity, I have dedicated myself for years to industry representation, training, and dialogue with institutions, investors, and media.
My story in brief
2000s – The origins
I approached self storage when it was still an almost unknown model in Italy. From the beginning, I recognized its potential as an innovative service for individuals and businesses.
Entrepreneurial development
I contribute to the creation and growth of entrepreneurial projects in the sector, working on service quality, personnel training, and the dissemination of a new professional culture.
Association commitment
I actively participate in the founding of FEDESSA, the European federation of self storage, of which I become President until 2018. Today I continue to contribute as a Board Member, maintaining an active role in the international context. I found AISI – Italian Association of Self Storage Companies, with the objective of representing the sector, engaging in dialogue with institutions, and creating a reference point for operators and investors.
Entrepreneurial vision and present
In 2017 I take over the family business and found Casaforte, today one of the leading Italian operators in self storage. I continue to work as an entrepreneur, speaker, and promoter of the sector in Italy and Europe.

Each year I actively participate in the main reference events for self storage, fundamental moments of exchange, growth, and shared vision.
Annual Italian Self Storage Convention
The national event dedicated to operators, investors, and professionals in the self storage sector in Italy. An opportunity to analyze the market, share data, and build relationships.
Congreso AESS
The congress organized by AESS – Asociación Española de Self Storage, one of the main meeting points for the Spanish and international market. An event dedicated to exchange among operators, sharing of experiences, and analysis of sector developments.
FEDESSA Self Storage Conference
The main European event in the sector, bringing together operators and international stakeholders to discuss trends, innovation, and development of self storage in Europe.

My book: "Beyond Yourself"
The book tells the journey of someone who, while appearing strong and competent, feels fragile and inadequate, searching for balance. Through fragility, mistakes, and fears, I recount how vulnerability can transform into competence and mistakes into learning tools. All proceeds from the book are donated to Pappaluga Farm, a bio-inclusivity project that offers employment to young people with cognitive disabilities through organic farming.
